Returns and Policies
Return Period
We offer a 30-day full refund with items that have not been worn, tags attached, and proof of receipt. Store credit will be issued for returns beyond 30 days. We do not offer cash or check refunds.
Online Returns
Online returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for instructions at (503) 436-1275.
Sale Merchandise
All sales are final on "Final Sale" or discounted merchandise.
Layaway
We offer layaway with an initial payment of 50% of the total and monthly payments until the merchandise is paid off. If the layaway terms are not met by the customer, the deposit is forfeited.
Special Orders
Returns on special orders are for shop credit only and must be requested within 7 days of receipt if style is currently part of our inventory; otherwise 50% of the purchase price will be forfeited.
